Almost fully built (extra panels, front door, outside pillars and staircase not fitted). Extra pieces included, including top panneling (not in photo). Almost fully decorated (basement only has base-coat and attic hasn't got flooring in hallway and left room). 7 x wall lights. 1 x chandelier. 3 x lamps. Plus wiring and tools to fit lights. Altogether lights worth approx. £50. Stand included (made from a new white kitchen top, stood on wheels). Dimensions of House: 122cm x 101cm x 57cm.
