I am selling this elliptical cross trainer which I no longer use.
As well as using it while standing, it can also be used while in a seated position.
It is still in full working order, although the central 'computer section' is no longer present .. it still provides the exercise options though. Cycling or striding for a set amount of time, could easily be done with the help of a stopwatch, phone app or fitbit.
It has been lying in a spare garage for a couple of years.
As a starting point for exercise, this could be a useful piece of equipment.
The arm handles can be removed which may make transporting the item slightly easier.
