This is a beautiful caravan with very comfortable seating and ample storage above and below .Handy slide out day table for dining as well as a

Great LED down lighting giving that home from home feel.
All fly screens are clear of any damp and all skylights provide the caravan with ample day light.
There is a 100 litre on board cold water tank and a 10 Litre Trauma Hot water tank too.
The Trauma heater can be used with gas or electricity so great for the Non electric sites, and blows air around the caravan
Making it nice and cosy on those chilly evenings.
There is an auto directional Status aerial with a booster box for exceptional TV Reception.
There is a JVC CD Player and radio with excellent speakers throughout the caravan.

The Cooker / oven has 3 gas hobs and 1 electric with grill under.
The Thetford Fridge has a freezer box and can be operated on 12v 240v or Gas
The Panasonic 850w Microwave has multi cooking settings.
All appliances are in good working order and exceptionally clean.

The washroom / Toilet room has a Thetford Swivel cassette toilet with electric flush, excellent vanity unit with great mirrors and down lighting.
The separate shower room has an immaculate shower tray and the whole area can be closed off giving the effect of an en-suite

The Island bed mattress is clean and very comfortable, the under bed storage is an excellent space for your awning when travelling.
