This caravan needs work!
It was in use on a campsite this summer so could be used as it is if you're happy roughing it. The important bits work one way or another.
There are no gaping holes or internal waterfalls.
You have a working cooker, fridge, water system, water heating, gas fire, internal lights, chassis & roadlights.

I am currently wondering whether to repair it over winter, break it for parts or sell it as it is...
The simple answer is sell it as it is so here's the full repair list & parts cost estimate, along with the 'warts & all' photos.

Damp offside wall, nearside rear corner, nearside front corner - £250
Roof & offside external panel repairs - £20
Remitop skylight blinds - £50
One tyre 175R13C 94/92 - £50
1x window stay - £20
Window blinds, various parts needed - £40
Toilet pump - £20
Space heater/blown air circuit board - £50
Front curtain visa tape - £10

The following items can be fixed at no cost.
Clean seat cushions
Clean carpet
Front chest lower door panel - resecure
Freezer door hinge - resecure
Awning light - dirty connection or 2 bulbs.

Virtually all of these repairs can be completed from the inside so you won't need to rent a barn etc.
Once complete, these repairs will give you a caravan worth £3000. I sold a 1999 Bailey Auvergne earlier this year for £3000.

Please view the caravan in person to see exactly what needs doing. I can supply wallboards etc and can recommend a good breaker for cheap used parts. I am happy to advise the best way to complete the repairs as required. Nothing is difficult, just a bit awkward and time consuming.
Every caravan item photographed is included in the price, my Dog isn't. You can't afford him, trust me! :)

If the Auvergne doesn't sell as it is, I will either repair it myself or break it for spares in due course.
