2015 Bailey unicorn cartegena twin axle touring caravan with the fixed island bed and full size rear bathroom layout. The caravan was first registered with cris in 2015 and has had just one owner from new. The caravan comes having just had a full major independant service by a 3rd party caravan engineer and 3 months warranty.
There is a brand new unused awning included which is still boxed up under the fixed bed that cost £1000 and has never been opened.

The caravan is in immaculate condition both internally and externally and hasnt seen much use in its life. If your in the market for a caravan of this price/layout then come and have a look at this it's well worth viewing, it's lovely throughout.

To the front the daytime lounge, capable of seating 4 - 6 people. There is a free standing table included for the front lounge where 4 people could dine in comfort. By night this can be turned into a large double bed, capable of sleeping 2 to 3 people.

Central is the fully equipped kitchen which has hot and cold water to the sink, a 4 burner gas hobs, grill, full size oven, microwave oven (brand new never been used) and a full size 3 way fridge.
Adjacent to the fridge freezer is a sideboard area which is also home for the TV with electrical sockets and aerial input. The TV can either be Viewed in the living area or simply turned 180 degrees for viewing in bed.
The the rear is the spacious end bathroom. It is fully equipped with modern separate shower, central sink / washing area and swivel cassette toilet.

As you leave the bathroom you enter the end bedroom area consisting of a good sized fixed double island bed with wardrobe either side of the bed.

The caravan is fitted with the Aldi gas and electric powered heater which is thermostatically controlled and brilliant if you are an all year round caravanner or one that uses it for the christmas / new year break as it can be used even in the coldest of conditions.

The modern style truma hot water tank can be heated off both gas and electric.

There are also plenty of overhead lockers, cupboards, drawers, storage units and under bed storage to store all your holiday gear in. All windows have blinds and flyscreens. There are also curtains to all windows should you prefer to use them. There are more than ample 12v spots lights, ceiling lights and 240v lights throughout the caravan. There is a large heki rooflight fitted in the lounge and fixed bed area.
The hitch is fitted with an alko stabilizer for ultimate towing stability.

The caravan has fitted carpets and are as brand new and never been used until we laid them.

The Unicorn range from Bailey are renown for their quality fixtures and fittings and there is no exception with this caravan, you will not be disappointed.

Just to sum up this caravan is in immaculate condition throughout for its age and in my opinion hasn't been used much and would have to be viewed to appreciate its condition its that good. Its as clean as it looks in the pictures and immaculate for the year. The caravan has had a full major service by a 3rd party independant caravan engineer so buy with confidence thats it's damp and defect free. Its fully hpi checked and a copy of the hpi report is available for inspection and to go with the sale so please just ask. 3 months Warranty included.
Don't get much better than this off ebay or gumtree.
