Here we have our pride and joy 2008 Lunar Freelander 640RS, our cherished van has been a fantastic addition to our family and has been maintained regardless of cost, we purchased this 2.5 years ago, we are the 2nd owners of this Chichester caravans dealer special.

It is a 4 berth van with a fixed bed, the large front benches make for a very big double, or two smaller singles, the fixed bed is both spacious and very comfortable, we used a mattress topper just for added comfort and mattress protection, to the rear is the toilet area with a large shower, however this has only every been used twice by my husband.

The storage capacity of this large van is fantastic with large overhead storage and under the bed also acts as a large area for other items.

You will struggle to find stuff to fill them all with!

What we have established is that the van has 2 large roof Heiko skylights and different interior furnishings, the van has aged fantastically well, the dark granite effect surfaces along with the modern soft furnishings make this a fantastic place to be.

We had at some cost I might add had some replica over carpets made, we wanted to keep the original beige carpets in good condition but we also didn't think the colour leant themselves to being particularly practical, we had some coffee coloured replica carpet set made that sit on top of the existing carpets, they are in keeping with the lovely interior.

The van is fully serviced and the tyres are as new and well within date, my husband is meticulous at checking pressures before and journey.

The alko stabiliser pads were changed for piece of mind when we last had it serviced by our local lunar dealer/service centre.

On request we asked them to check over every seal on the van, only worthy attention was to the sky light sealant, which had seen better days, prevention was better than cure and we asked the service centre to remove the sky lights and remove old sealant and replace with new sealant, this was completed in early 2018 at a cost of nearly £500

The van is damp free and no spongy floors, as you'd expect from a fully serviced van all the appliances work as they should.

The fold away table is unused, the DVD player (a common issue) does not work, but we have a brand in the box DVD player to fit, this plays lovely through the sound system in the van with the TV, the only worth mark on the interior is to the dark work surface where the TV sits, unforgivably a glass fell out of the over head locker and chipped the surface, nothing major.

All the window/skylight\cupboard hinges and latches are in perfect working order

Externally the caravan is very good condition, I wish my husband spent as much time on cleaning our home as he does the caravan inside and out!

Joking aside it has the very best products used on it, the graphics are in fairly good condition bar the front Freelander graphic, this appears to have faded in the sun but hasn't bothered us, there are a couple of very tiny Awning indents on the NS but hardly noticeable (prior to our purchase) the windows are free from scratches and we always tow with a Pro-Tec cover. So the front of van is unblemished.

We haven't sited this van, it is a very well loved and cared for touring caravan, it clearly shows signs of being nearly 10 years old but nether the less, she's a Beauty

We have been as honest and open as we possibly can be, we love this caravan and has served us well, please note that this is an advert for the caravan only, no accessories etc as these have been sold already due to us having to move the van from storage.

This a 26ft van but being twin axle and being fully serviced with new stabiliser pads tows fantastically well. Stable and controlled, she isn't a heavy outfit by comparison weighing just 1325kg unloaded.

If our asking price is met we will include the Pro-Tec towing cover too.
