This caravan has a full Alu-tech body shell construction meaning it is a very strong caravan it also has grade 3 insulation so it's warm all year round.

The caravan is of a very high spec it has many upgrades and extra's compared to equivalent style caravan's, it is ultra modern and still smells brand new when you open the door.

It has a classic two berth layout : Starting at the rear of the caravan we have a separate bathroom, a very large convenient room complete with a full size separate shower cubical, thetford swivel cassette toilet, separate hand wash basin plenty of storage and also a full wardrobe.
Centre of the caravan we have a huge amount of work top space, we also have plenty of cupboard's and draws and all appliances including a full thetford gas oven with 4 gas hobs and grill, dometic three way fridge with freezer section, a stainless steel sink with removable draining board and a factory fitted daewoo microwave.
The appliances appear to have almost never been used.
At the front we have two long seats either side witch effortlessly convert into a large double bed however if you wish you can use them as two full size singles, a large table at the very front pulls out to offer an ideal space for meal time, storage is available under both seats and there are plenty of large cupboard's throughout the caravan.
It is a classic two berth layout however it is not cramped or small in any way it is actually a very spacious comfortable caravan.

The caravan is high spec with lot's to offer including: 1 large and 1 midi heki roof vents, a factory fitted alarm system with built in tracker, JVC radio CD player with USB port, soft close cupboard's, carbon monoxide and smoke alarms, heated chrome towel rail in the bathroom, removable fitted carpets with a laminate floor underneath, blinds fly screens and curtains, on board fresh water tank and Alde central heating throughout.
The interior also has very modern spot lights and mood lighting witch is a lovely feature to the caravan.

The exterior: We have very sporty alloy wheels, a large front locker box with space for two gas bottles, L.E.D lights in the handles, awning light, gas bbq point and a 3pin plug for the awning.

This caravan also has an alko anti sway tow hitch and alko ATC trailer control system.

The caravan tow's excellently and weighs 1433KG max and 1304KG m.i.r.o, it also fitted with a Powertouch motor mover so putting it in position is effortless.

Now the condition, it is beautiful this caravan has seen little use, never been smoked in or had any pets in it still smells brand new, the exterior has been polished and kept very clean and it looks very smart, this is a very nice caravan .

Overall then a great caravan that requires no work no cleaning just hook up and go, it is currently stored on site however it can be viewed anytime, delivery can also be arranged if it was required,
