Very nice caravan this is the top of the range highly luxurious bailey .


This is a modern and well desired caravan with a very spacious and convenient family orientated layout.
It has a full width rear bathroom complete with an enormous walk in separate shower, walk in wardrobe fully separate hand wash basin and a thetford swivel seat electric flush cassette toilet, the bathroom is a completely separate room and is very spacious .

The kitchen and appliances are in the centre of the caravan, it has all of the appliances possible including an extractor fan - a Dometic large three way fridge with full width freezer section - Spinflo gas oven with separate grill and 4 gas hobs - stainless steel sink with a very modern large chrome tap and a factory fitted Daewoo microwave.
There are plenty of cupboards and storage in the kitchen area also .

The dinette area is directly opposite, this provides a great deal of additional worktop space when cooking, its also ideal for two people to eat from, the seats fold and convert effortlessly into a comfortable set of bunk beds ideal for the kids, once made the beds can be closed off from the rest of the caravan with a full wrap around curtain.

At the front of the caravan the two seats either side are slightly larger than in other models so they make great full size single beds if you decided to use them as singles, they do however convert into a large very comfortable double bed as well .
There's a couple of different table tops ideal for a tv and there are plenty of cupboards throughout the caravan, there's also storage available underneath all of the seats .

This is the top of the range so it has some very nice luxurious features including -
a large Heki roof vent which lets in lots of natural light - manoeuvrable spot lights - L.E.D mood lighting - Senator marked clock - Truma ultraheat gas or electric central heating throughout - factory fitted CD radio with two speakers - blinds fly screens and curtains including a full length fly screen on the door - smoke alarm - power shower - swivel style heated towel rail - laminate flooring and upgraded part suede extra firm luxury seats .

The exterior also has some impressive features including - a large front locker with independent lighting - alko anti sway tow hitch - very smart alloy wheels with good tyres - awning light - gas bbq connection point - 3pin plug socket point and a multi directional smart status tv aerial .

The caravan is just a little under 20ft long and it weighs 1500KG mtplm (max) 1264KG miro (mass in running order) so it can be towed by most family cars quite easily .
It tows very well the weight of the caravan is disbursed perfectly between the front and the rear so it sticks to the road without issue .

As to the condition of the caravan it is very good, the exterior is an ultra modern eye catching stylish design, its slightly higher and wider than other models so it looks that bit more impressive to the eye, there are no major dents dings scrapes or scratches overall it is very nice. The interior is much the same, it has not been smoked in nor had any pets and has been well looked after, the seats and curtains have no tears rips or stains and the appliances appear to have been rarely used, all of the cupboards and blinds open and close as they should. All in all its a well looked after nice clean caravan .

So then in my opinion a great family caravan ready to for the summer holidays!
