Compass riviera 482 two berth touring caravan 2004, lightweight good quality caravan complete with accessories.

This is a very modern caravan with an excellent spacious layout, it has a full rear separate bathroom complete with a large separate shower, thetford swivel seat cassette toilet, hand wash basin, mirror's, cupboards and a large double wardrobe, this room is spacious convenient and totally separate from the rest of the caravan.

In the centre of the caravan is the kitchen and worktop area, here to one side there's a large empty worktop ideal for meal prep, the other side there is the main appliances including a gas oven, hobs and separate grill, large sink with draining board, extractor fan, Electrolux three way power source fridge with freezer section, cutlery draw and plenty of cupboard space.

At the front of the caravan there's a seat either side with a chest of draws between, the seats convert easily into a large double bed, the chest of draws are fully removable offering the option of making the bed even bigger, the seats are plenty big enough to be used as two separate singe beds if prefer'd.
There's a lot of easily accessible storage underneath each seat and lot's of cupboards throughout, it is a very comfortable spacious caravan.

Interior features include a full set of black out blinds insect screens and curtains, factory fitted Cd radio player, a large Heki sky light roof vent, excellent upholstery, Truma ultra heat gas or electric central heating, Truma ultra store gas or electric hot and cold water system, 12v and 240v spot lights and main roof lights, lots of plug sockets, two Tv points, stable door, alarm system, smoke alarm and a carbon monoxide alarm.

The exterior of the caravan is very modern and has an excellent Winterhoff tow hitch, a Winterhoff V-TEC swing chassis system which helps the caravan tow excellently, alloy wheels, excellent tyres, large front locker box plenty big enough for two gas bottles and more, LPG gas BBQ connection point, wet locker storage box, three pin plug socket, above door awning light and an exterior awning heater.

The caravan has accessories including a gas bottle, corner steadies winder, Fiamma levelling blocks, spare wheel, towing mirrors for the car, clean water and waste water aqua rolls, leisure battery, entrance step and an awning.

The overall condition of the caravan is very good, the interior has been very well looked after, it has never had pets in nor been smoked in, the appliances are in extremely clean condition and the seats/upholstery have no tears or stains, the exterior is very bright and modern, the only fault is there is some hairline splits in the paint on the front of the caravan, this affects the caravan in no way whatsoever and affects only a very small area. The caravan has been regularly serviced and was fully serviced in 2018 and 2019.
It tows excellently and is very easy to move around by hand when required to do so.

Overall a good clean quality caravan, it is currently in storage and available to be viewed and purchased at anytime.
