The accommodation consists of a decent sized living room, a good size kitchen, large double bedroom, second twin size bedroom and a shower room/toilet.There are blinds and or curtains fitted in each room.

There is a couple of warped ceiling patches as can be seen in the photo. This is not caused by external leaking, but by the occupier sealing all the air flow vents to stop draughts. Unfortunately this stops condensation from the cooking, shower and gas fire escaping, that then condensates on the tin roof, falling back onto the hardboard ceilings, and causing warping.



The lounge is 11 foot 6 inches long by 12 foot wide, with built in light coloured display cabinets, grey carpet, and gas fire. There are two floral couches, with 'throw' covers on the seats and double patio doors to outside. There is some warping to the ceiling, caused by blocking off the air flow vents, The lounge can be closed off from the kitchen by a wooden door.



The kitchen is conventional style with open plan dining area. With light coloured kitchen units, doors and worktop, free standing fridge and a gas cooker, Room size is 12 foot wide by approx 8 foot. The dinning area has a wooden table with 'retro' red coloured seats.



A wooden door leads to the hallway and 2 bed rooms.


A hallway leads from the kitchen, to the two bedrooms and shower room.



The main double bedroom is 12 foot wide by 7 foot 6 inches. It brown wardrobes and free standing cupboards/draws, cream carpet, and double bed.



The shower room is 3 foot 6 inches wide by 8 foot approx including the shower, . The shower tray and toilet are salmon pink, with a pink hand basin, electric towel rail and lino floor.



The second bedroom is 6 foot wide by 5 foot 6 inch inches long, with cream wardrobe, cream carpet and a single bed.



The electrical supply, gas and water were all in good working order when disconnected from site. Please note it is the buyers responsibility to have the electric, gas and water systems checked by, and re connected by a competent professional when re sitting the caravan on its new site.

We are farmers and therefore cannot price for, or advise on transport, although I do know, and can put you into contact with two very good Caravan transporters.
