30x12 Static caravan sited at Easington Beach E.Yorks
On a really nice site with indoor pool club house tennis court
children's play area laundry,shop,and right next to the beach.
I am asking only £6000.00 for this very nice caravan,I will pay the site fees up to 2019. there is a changeover fee and i will also
pay that, all i ask is the buyer pay is the vat ( about £200.00 )
usually buyer & seller pay half each of the changerover fee,
in this case the changeover will be £900.00 but like i said i will pay this. This is a Brentmeare Ashby 30x12 caravan,please do
your research just to find out what a bargain this is.
I am reducing the price of the caravan by 1000 pounds because i have just found the the new buyer must change the rails
and posts on the decking to plastic. so now 5000+ 200 for vat.
