For sale is my beautiful static caravan, a BK-Bluebird Senator which is sited at Combe Haven Holiday Park in Hastings. It's a two bedroom model, and is fully double glazed and had gas central heating. It's a 2002 model and was a high-spec model when it was built, and there is still plenty of life left in it. Haven doesn't have an age policy for caravans, so you'll be able to enjoy it for many more years.

I've only owned it for a year and was hoping to run a small holiday rental business with it, but I just don't have the time to devote to it. Combe Haven is a very popular holiday resort and finding bookings has not been a problem, I just live a bit too far away to manage the cleaning and changeovers.

Combe Haven Holiday Park is a fantastic place to own a caravan. Hastings is a great seaside town with a long promenade, a busy shopping centre, the pier and amusements, and lots of bars and cafes. The park itself is one of the best in the region with lots of modern facilities, quality entertainment, and a safe environment for all the family to enjoy. Caravan ownership is very popular here, and I've priced mine to be cheaper than anything that's available from the park.

If you've been to Combe Haven, you'll know it is quite hilly and it can be difficult to walk around. This caravan couldn't be any closer to the facilities. It's directly across the road from the swimming pool, show-bar and shop, and there's also parking just across the road. If you struggle with mobility, or if your family members use wheelchairs or push prams, then this pitch would be perfect.

The caravan itself is in very good condition for its age, with a few small knocks that you'd expect for a 16 year old caravan. A small amount of TLC would bring this caravan back to its former glory. When it was new, it would have been a top-of-the-range caravan and the quality still shines through. Its has a 'country cottage' look to it which would appeal to people who like traditional style caravans - it's definitely different to all the new models out there.

The beautiful looking lounge is separated from the kitchen/diner by a door, which is great for keeping the caravan warm, and also gives some privacy if you need it. The room is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows with beautiful curtains and pelmets, and has two double sofas (one with a double pull-out bed), TV cabinet, a feature fireplace and a couple of display cabinets. Originally there would have been carpet throughout, but this has been replaced with vinyl which makes it easier to keep clean. It is a great looking room, ideal for enjoying family time and a great place to unwind.

The heart of this caravan is the large kitchen/diner, which has lots of storage and worktops, and a full-size integrated fridge and freezer. There's a waist-height oven and grill, which is ideal for those who struggle to bend down. There also an extractor fan which eliminates cooking odours and prevents greasy ceilings. To finish the room, theres a free-standing table with four chairs, and a set of double doors which lead outside.

The master bedroom is a very nice looking room, with drapes over the bed, a triple wardrobe with full-length mirrors and direct access to the toilet/washroom. There's also a handy dressing table. There's also a second bedroom with twin single beds, and a large family bathroom which has a small bath.

This caravan would be ideal for a family looking to be near the action at Combe Haven. The caravan will keep you comfortably warm during the colder months, and your friends will love the beautiful looks of this luxury model. The price includes site fees for 2019 plus the owner transfer fees. Its priced at £20,000 which is cheaper than anything the park is selling, and £12,000 lower than their cheapest central heated caravan. The new owner will be getting a fantastic caravan for this price, and it won't be available for long. The caravan is being sold as seen, with all plates, cutlery, TV (with DVD player), duvets, etc. Its available to use straight away, and you'll soon be enjoying the autumn events that the park organises.
