This is a used Carlton 2500 stump grinder. This model is fitted with a Lombardini diesel engine and has the the remote control via umbilical cord. These are one of the best stump grinders on the market for reliability and have been used for years by stump busters. Everything is electric hydraulically controlled, either by the switches on the machine or using the remote control when plugged in. The beauty of the remote control is that you can stand in the best position to see where you need to grind. Its been well used but has been well maintained with a few repairs and has just had a service including new engine oil and filter, fuel filter, air filter, new hydraulic oil and filter and all grease points greased. The belts and bearings are in good order too. The teeth fitted on the machine still have good life left in them but it comes with a new set of teeth too. It comes with an extra set of wheels that you can fit onto the drive wheels for extra traction and also has a dozer blade that you can mount on the front head. There are 2 keys and original owners manual and manual for the engine too.
