For sale is a Cosalt Capri static caravan.
It is 36' x 12'
The general condition of the caravan is good, however, there are a few defects mentioned below.
1. The caravan was flooded but is now dry and will require new carpets.
2. The cause of the flood was a defective part in the water heater. This part could be replaced or a new water heater fitted.
3. One of the sinks in the toilet is cracked. A new sink is around £60.

The caravan has a Gas fire, gas water heater and gas cooker.

The caravan was used during a self build which is now finished. It is still on site so you can come and see it anytime.

It would make ideal living accommodation for a self build.

I am open to any reasonable offer.

Buyer arranges removal from the current site.
