Atlas Lakeland 3-bedroom 2007 with L-shaped decking. Recently decorated throughout, well equipped and ready to move in to. The park operates a 9 month season (1st March - 30th November, with daytime access allowed in the closed period).

The caravan is sited in Ash Grove, which is a quiet area of the park with 2 parking spaces, and controlled access via a gate. It's all owners in this section with no through road, so is an ideal location if you have young children. There are lovely views from the decking over open farmland and the River Blackwater, so you can watch the boats sailing past.

The lounge area has had the seating replaced with a cream leather sofa unit, and the old curtains replaced with Venetian blinds. The original carpet has also been replaced with vinyl flooring which makes it easier to keep clean. There's a also a gas fire and a free-standing dining table with storage stools. I've also added some wall lamps and USB plug sockets.

The kitchen comes with a gas cooker, a fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery.

The caravan is a 3 bedroom model, with one double bedroom and 2 twin rooms. Each room has its own wardrobe, and comes with blackout blinds, sheets & duvet sets, and USB plug sockets. The master bedroom has a king-size memory foam mattress, and one of the twin rooms has a TV/DVD player fitted. All the bedrooms have storage beneath the beds. Handily, the caravan has separate toilet and shower rooms.

Included in the sale is the site fees for the remainder of 2019, the owner-transfer fee, and new gas & electric safety certificates. The caravan is fully equipped and ready to use, and also includes is a 32" Samsung flat-screen TV & matching Blu-Ray/DVD player, and a Humax Freeview HD recordable box. There's also a vacuum cleaner, iron, 4 oil-filled radiators, lawn-mower, pressure washer, a metal storage shed, BBQ and garden furniture.

Steeple Bay Holiday Park is tucked away in the Essex countryside but is only 1/2 hour from the M25. There's a choice of country villages nearby, with village pubs to explore and some stunning scenery. The nearest large towns are Maldon and Chelmsford. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing park, then this park is ideal. The park's clubhouse has recently had a makeover, and has nightly family entertainment, an amusement arcade and a restaurant. The heated outdoor swimming pool is being covered over the winter period, so will be a great feature for the future. There are some lovely walks and bike rides nearby as the park backs onto the River Blackwater, and there's even a ramp from the park to put your boat or jet-ski into the water. The park also has a carp fishing lake attached to it.
