It's in great used condition and comes with 2 bedrooms, double-glazing & central heating, a large decking area, and private parking for 2 cars. The caravan is a good size at 35` x 12`. The owner is looking for £21,500 which includes site fees for 2020 and the park's owner-transfer fee. The caravan is located on the Seaview area of the park and has sea views and is just a short walk from the beach. The park is pet friendly so the pitch is ideal for dog owners. The pitch also comes with a large open-space to the side of the caravan. The park operates an 11 month owner season, with the park being closed from 5th January - 5th February.

The main living area is open-plan and comes with two sofas (one with a pull-out bed beneath), an electric fire, a TV unit, and a dining area with four chairs. The kitchen comes with a gas cooker & hob, a built-in fridge-freezer, and lots of storage space. There a 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, and the other with 2 single beds that we've pushed together to make another double), and the master bedroom has an en-suite toilet. Both bedrooms come with their own large wardrobe. Finally, the family wash-room comes with a toilet, sink and double shower.

Coopers Beach Park is a small and friendly park situated on the edge of Mersea Island, with views over the River Blackwater. The park facilities include indoor and outdoor heated pools, an entertainment centre with family entertainment throughout the season, The Boathouse bar & restaurant with a riverside terrace, adventure playground, sports court, tennis court, amusement arcade, a launderette, a Nisa shop, and a boat-yard with a launch ramp. The park is well kept and is a very relaxing place to spend time.
