Delta Primera 2008 static caravan available for private sale at Coghurst Hall Holiday Park, Hastings, East Sussex.

The caravan is a 2-bedroom (6 berth) model which is in excellent used condition, and is priced cheap for a quick sale. The price is £9,000 which includes the owner-transfer fee, and new gas & electric safety certificates. The buyer will also need to pay 2020 site fees to the park, which are about £4950. Coghurst Hall runs a long 11.5 month owners season, and is only closed for 2 weeks in February. The caravan is sited on The Gardens area of the park which is near the park's entertainment hall and swimming pool. There is a pathway next to the caravan that leads to nearby parking.

The caravan is double-glazed throughout and is 35` x 12`. The lounge and dining area are open-plan with a pitched ceiling and lots of seating, which includes a pull-out sofa bed. The lounge also has a gas-fire, TV unit, a coffee table, storage cupboards, and a large front window. The dining area has matching seating with a free-standing table. There's a separate kitchen area with a gas cooker & hob, an under-counter fridge, and lots of storage space.

The caravan has 2 bedrooms (one double and one single). The master bedroom has its own en-suite toilet, two built-in double wardrobes, and a chest-of-drawers. The single bedroom has twin single beds and its own wardrobe. Finally, there's a large family wash-room with a toilet and a double shower.

Coghurst Hall Holiday Park is on the outskirts of Hastings and is in a lovely woodland location and set around a lake. The park has a long 11.5 month season (including being open for Christmas and New Year), and is a mostly owners site. The park facilities include a heated indoor pool, nightly entertainment in the clubhouse, amusement arcade, launderette, shop, and playground. The park has a stocked fishing lake, and there are pathways nearby leading into the woods which is ideal for dog owners. Its not a busy park, and is well-managed and has a relaxed feel to it.
