The caravan is a very good size at 38` x 12`, and has an unusual closed lounge layout, where the kitchen and lounge are separate. This closes the lounge off completely, and makes it cosier and more homely than the open-plan layouts in most caravans. The lounge comes with a large sofa (with a pull-out bed), and the TV is mounted on the wall. The lounge also comes with a feature fireplace, a coffee table, and some storage shelves for DVD's etc. There's a door which leads out to a front decking area which is perfect to cool the caravan down in the summer.
