The main master bedroom offers lots of storage, walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom including a bath. The second bedroom is a nice double room and at present has 2 bunk beds in there which can be changed into a double bedroom. The sofa in the lounge is also a pull out bed, so you can currently sleep 8 people in this lodge.

It has a large south facing decking which enjoys lovely sea views and sun all day long. There is also a large storage shed at the back of the lodge to store all your outside furniture and beach gear.

To the front of the lodge is another decking area which enjoys country views and your own private parking space.

The lodge is located at Nodes Point on the Isle of Wight which is a charming small but premium holiday park. (12 month season and a five minute walk to the beach)

You pay a site fees for keeping the lodge on park but this can be offset by renting the lodge out through the holiday park or by doing it yourself.

There are no site fees to pay this year, so what ever you earn this year from the rental can go towards next years fees.
