The caravan is a 2-bedroom (6 berth) model with double glazing and central heating, and is in immaculate used condition. It is priced at £30,000 which includes the site fees for the remainder of 2020, the park's private sale fee, and new gas & electric certificates. The park has a long 11.5 month season, and is only closed for 2 weeks February.

The caravan has had very little use and has no marks anywhere, as can be seen in the photos. It's a good size at 36ft x 12ft, and has a large open-plan living area with a pitched ceiling and a big bay window. The lounge has a comfortable built-in sofa (with a pull-out sofa bed), an electric fire with a TV shelf above, a coffee table, and lots of floor-space. There's a separate dining area with built-in seating & 2 stools, and a large kitchen area with a gas-cooker and hob (with an extractor), a full-size integrated fridge & freezer, and lots of cupboards and work-space.

There are 2 large bedrooms (one double and one with twin singles). The master bedroom is a great size and is the full width of the caravan. It comes with an Ottoman-style storage bed, two double-wardrobes, bedside cabinets, overhead lockers, a dressing table, and an en-suite toilet. The twin room comes with its own wardrobe, overhead lockers and . There's also a family wash-room with a double shower, toilet and sink.

The caravan is sited on a quiet area of the park away from the main roads and with privately owned caravans nearby. There isn't much passing traffic so is ideal for youngsters. It's about 5 minutes walk to the entertainment complex and pools.

Birchington Vale Holiday Park has been greatly improved in recent years with a new clubhouse and pool, and has recently added a new pitch & putt course. It's a great family-friendly park with easy links to motorways and local attractions. The park location is fantastic, and is near to the sandy beaches of Margate and Broadstairs, as well as the seaside towns of Ramsgate and Herne Bay. Just a short drive away is Westwood Cross shopping centre, and the historic city of Canterbury is just 20 minutes away. The park is set in a country location and is pretty quiet, and doesn't attract noisy holiday makers.
