The caravan is a 3-bedroom (8 berth) model which has been well-cared for and is in good condition for its age, and the park doesn't have any age limits so you can keep it as long as you like. It's priced at £12,500 which includes the park's owner transfer fee and site fees for the remainder of 2020. You can arrange to pay next year's site fees in instalments.

The caravan is sited on Sea Reach which is a quiet area of the park with views over the River Thames, and is a flat 10 minute walk to the clubhouse and pools. It's mostly owners in this section so it would be perfect for any family looking to enjoy their first caravan on this Haven site. Parking is allowed directly outside. The park runs a 9.5 month season, being closed for the first 2 weeks of December, then January and February.

The caravan is a three bedroom (8 berth) model and is 35` x 12`. It comes with a handy ramp entrance ramp which is ideal for buggies or wheelchairs. The lounge and kitchen area are open-plan with a built-in sofa (with a pull-out bed and storage beneath), a gas fire, a coffee table, high ceilings and a large window with river views. There's a separate dining area with a free-standing table and bench seating. The kitchen comes with a gas cooker & hob, a fridge, microwave, and lots of storage space.

There are 3 bedrooms (one double and two twin singles), and each bedroom has its own wardrobe, overhead storage cupboards, and electric panel heaters installed. There's are also separate toilet and shower rooms, which is ideal for when you have visitors.

Allhallows is a great holiday park, looking over the River Thames estuary towards Southend. It is just 1/2 hour away from the M25, but feels like a real countryside location. The park has a 9.5 month season (including being open for Christmas and New Year), and is a mostly owners site (90% of caravans are privately owned). There is a real community feel amongst the owners.

The park facilities include a 9-hole golf-course, a fishing lake, heated indoor and outdoor pools, nightly entertainment, a newly refurbished clubhouse, arcades, sports court, 24hr security, and a great grounds team that keeps the park tidy. All of these activities are free for owners to use, and there is also an active owners team who organise events. Allhallows has no caravan age policy, and the caravan is in great condition so will make its new owners happy for many years.
