The caravan is a 2 bedroom (6-berth) model with double glazing, central heating, and front-opening doors leading to an enclosed decking area. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the back row of Hillside with great river-views and a secluded patio area behind the caravan. The main entertainment area and golf course are about 10 minutes walk away. The caravan is in excellent used condition and has been well looked after. The price is £29,500 which includes the park's private-sale fee and site fees for the remainder of 2021. The park only closes for 10 weeks each year, and doesn't have an age policy for the caravans.

The caravan has an open-plan layout with a large lounge & kitchen/dining area. There are French doors leading onto the front decking, which has lovely views over the river. The lounge comes with a large corner-sofa (with a pull-out sofa-bed), a matching armchair & foot-stool, a feature-electric fireplace, a large TV shelf with storage cupboards, and a coffee table.
