READ ALL OF THE DESCRIPTION. It is a long description but I want you to fully appreciate just how much quality you are getting for a little money. THIS IS A OFFSITE SALE ONLY.

A unique opportunity to get an ultra modern Willerby static caravan. This static is luxurious to say the least. It has been professionally modernised using only top quality materials and products. What you find in this static you would normally only find in high end new statics and they would cost you a decent amount of money

Not only is the interior amazing, this static comes complete with decking that was added just 2 years ago. The decking alone cost £9k including the steps leading to the entrance door.

Furniture shown in the decking photos is not included in the sale. The underside of the static has been upgraded and maintained. All windows are double glazed as are the 2 doors.

Here's what you are getting in this amazing static caravan.

Instant hot water with a gas operated boiler. The boiler and all gas appliances will undergo an independent safety inspection has been completed in November 2023 and a certificate will be available for the new owners.

Bedroom

A double sized divan base bed with a
Top quality mattress from John Lewis. The mattress alone cost £1000. Brand new duvet, pillows and bedding sets are included.
The bedroom has ample storage space with spacious wardrobes and over bed cabinets. Built in lights have been added above the bed area that operate independently from the main ceiling light.

The bedroom is heated with a Netta radiator. A powerful heater that makes the room very warm, especially in winter months. This heater has multiple settings. The floor is carpeted for additional comfort.

(Wi-Fi providing equipment is not included in the sale, the buyer arranges their own internet connection service.

I can advise of a mobile unlimited data broadband Wi-Fi service for just £20 per month.

Bathroom

As seen in the images, the bathroom is one of extremely modern design. The sink is housed in a white glossed unit that has ample space for his and hers personal toiletries and accessories. The shower cubicle has a bifold door and a quality twin head power shower. Believe me, this shower is amazing, not what you would expect to find in this type of static range.

A complimenting design pedestal toilet.

Heating is supplied by the tall towel radiator plus the over sink bathroom mirror. The mirror demists when the shower has been used or if hot water is placed in the sink. There is floor lighting plus matching lighting in the ceiling and shower cubicle. Flooring is a quality vinyl type with a very modern design.

The bathroom has a concertina type retractable door. Brand new quality towels are included plus 2 brand new oversized unisex bathrobes.

Kitchen area

Everything you need in a modern kitchen can be found in this static caravan. The equipment is not the caravan versions but actual kitchen sized appliances. The cooker is a proper gas cooker that has been professionally modified to use with LPG. Includes a grill and oven. Above the cooker is a built in extraction unit.

A microwave oven is included. Other electrical appliances include an air fryer, 2 slot toaster, filter coffee machine and a kettle.

A brand new dinnerware set is included together with a cutlery set. There are brand new pans and ovenware included.

The fridge freezer is an American style by Bush. This was purchased in 2022. It is in excellent condition and stores ample provisions. A washing machine is included, again, this was purchased around 14/15 months ago and has been used a handful of times.

The kitchen boasts floor lights which can be operated using a voice activated speaker such as alexia or Google Assistant.
Worktops are top quality wooden type. A modern design sink has been installed together with a Sprinkle mixer tap.

To compliment the kitchen area and also
Maximise the space, a fitted breakfast bar has been added with 2 grey gas action bar stools. This is great for enjoying meals whilst viewing the large screen tv situated in the lounge area. Above the breakfast bar is a designer 3 head ceiling light.

For privacy, the kitchen windows have a Venetian blind and/or a roller blind. The flooring in the kitchen is a quality, modern design vinyl that is super easy to clean.

The feel of the kitchen would honestly have you thinking you was in a house kitchen not a caravan and the work that went into making this a beautiful part of the caravan was not just time consuming but expensive as well.

Lounge area

A super relaxing place in this static, not only offering a quality, comfortable sofa but an additional designer high-backed cushioned chair. The area has substantial viewing from 6 double glazed windows. Each window has a Venetian blind with a polished chrome pole having dusky pink satin sheen curtains. The lounge is decorated with modern light grey cladding panels. Heating is provided with 2 options, a built in coal effect electric fire or with the digital Netta radiator. Really the coal fire is just a comforting fire feature and doesn't need to have the heater running on it, the Netta radiator is ample heating.

There is space to add an extra 2 seater sofa that has a built in double bed. That would then allow for an additional 2 persons sleeping in the static. Can I clarify, we do not have a sofa bed, you will have to source your own.

The lounge has a designer coffee table that is tempered glass with a 3 dimensional feature. A designer pot pourri centrepiece sat on the coffee table is included.
There are 2 solid wood mini tables that are great for use as side tables next to the sofa. Ornaments and figurines are included.

A full length modern design mirror is above the coal effect fire.

Flooring is a laminate which gives the impression of wooden flooring. Stylish and very easy to clean.

Included is a television unit with built in storage.

There's even a rotary clothes dryer and a clothes airer for inside.

For your comfort in warmer weather, there is a slimline air cooler/ dehumidifier. This is stored away next to the fridge in the kitchen.

The entrance door to the static is a keyless electronic door lock by Yale. Very secure.

There is a window sensor in the bathroom with a loud alarm. I also have some heavy duty window locks that I am happy to provide the buyer at no extra cost.

There is a small safe that is in a secret compartment in the static for storing of your valuables, cash and documents. I will show the buyer this when the sale is completed.

This static caravan has so much to offer and would be great for anyone looking at using whist completing a new build house.

You could easily and comfortably live in this static caravan, you just need a suitable pitch either on a holiday caravan site or on a residential site. If you are someone who has spare land, you could set this caravan up on your land and rent it out using airBnB etc. huge earning potential
