LIVING AREA bench seat for two with fresh water tank underneath will seat 4 using captain seats 4 seat belts nice size dining table with pullout table underneath with a heating vent by the floor loads of overhead storage swivel tv bracket so you can watch tv in bed TV NOT INCLUDED also there is a satellite free view box fitted also large sky light with blinds in ceiling there is a large wardrobe housing the solar panel satellite dish and tv Ariel and free view box controls.
WASH ROOM AREA
Wash room with full separate shower with shower door swivel electric flush cassette toilet with sink and swivel tap spotlights and vanity mirror with loads of storage
BEDROOM AREA
To the rear side is a fixed french double bed which lifts up to access a large under bed storage area and also houses the Trumu boiler which has a blown air heating system with 5 vents around the floor area the heating can work on gas electric or both the same time large windows to the side and back with pull down blinds and nets and curtains
OUT SIDE AREA
The habitation door is on the drivers side (continental) with electric step and light over door the door has a full fly screen fitted large wind out awning on this side as well on this side is access to th toilet cassette and also outside bbq gas bbq point and tap for the waste water. Around the back is a two push bike rack a reversing camera and tow hitch. On the other side is the access to the under bed garage on this side also the gas bottles/ GAS BOTTLES NOT INCLUDED.also the electric hook up and fresh water filler.
The body work on this motor home is in great condition but please bear in mind it is not a new motor home so the condition is not new this is a 12 year old motor home there are a fee minor scratches as you would expect for the age everything is working as it should . mot till end of July full habitation check done last July. Full engine service oils and filters etc last month I would recommend this as a two birth not three . this motor home will be ready end of May as we have two planned trips in this van.
Only selling to upgrade to a larger motor home this van has now a full years mot and a full habitation check with all passes
