2008 LDV Maxus, 58,000 miles. MOT 24 July 2018. 'Big Red' started life as a mobile post office and was professionally converted to a campervan in 2006 - DVLA registered as a motor caravan. There are two seats, with access through to the living area. The kitchen has a two-burner hob and sink with tap, a fridge plus storage cupboard. Behind is a settee which converts to a double bed. Opposite there is a useful unit with a worktop and cupboards below (original from its time delivering pensions around the villages!), and overhead lockers above. Next there is a wardrobe with hooks, hanging rail and shelf above, and next to that is a sizeable toilet compartment with additional storage. The van has a separate leisure battery which runs the 12v lights and water pump and an inverter which provides 240V to run the little fridge. There is also a 240V hookup. We have owned the camper for two years and have had many happy trips away in it. Because of the design layout with a passage from front to rear the camper has also been ideal for moving furniture etc. - definitely a versatile vehicle. Only selling as life circumstances mean we wouldn't use it much this year and we'd rather someone else got to enjoy it.
