We have owned this vehicle for 3 years and have travelled to the far north of Scotland and the furthest reaches of Cornwall without any issues.

3 seats in the front with Bluetooth head-unit with hands free & 6x9 speakers because the original speakers are poor sound quality.

Living area consists of bench seating with storage underneath and a table. This area converts into full width bed.

Hammock style bunk above suitable for a child, dog or storage.

Kitchenette with 12v cold water sink, 240v mini fridge and Smev twin burner gas stove complete with 2 cylinders. There is a space for a microwave and a cupboard under, we removed the microwave as we didn't use it and used the space for food storage.

Separate toilet cubicle with porta-potty and cosmetic cabinet with mirror.

Small TV with aerial and soundbar. Small oil filled radiator for those chilly nights. Opening skylight and side windows.

240v hook up powering 3 double sockets (one with USB sockets) and one single socket in the microwave cupboard. Dimmable lighting in living area and toilet.

12v leisure battery powering sink, stereo with 6x9 speakers and some interior lights. This is charged by split charge relay when engine is running or by using the battery charger provided. There is also a 1000w inverter which we have never used but were told it works when the van was rewired, this would power the TV if you pitched with no hookup.

Also included are 2 awnings:

1) Fiamma roll out awning with sides - this is showing signs of wear but is still usable.

2) Outdoor Revolution Cayman XLF driveaway awning complete with drive-away kit, footprint ground sheet, internal carpet, bedroom compartment and rock pegs. This awning is seriously big (3m x 3m living area & 1.5m x 2.4m bedroom) we used this as living area during the day/evening and left the bed set up in the van for sleeping.

Since owning the van we have carried out the following work:

Replaced all 4 glowplugs

Replaced all 4 injectors

Changed cam belt and tensioners

Replaced mass air flow meter

Replaced EGR valve

Replaced low pressure fuel pump in tank

Replaced both rear brake calipers and pads

Replaced engine battery March 2018

Replaced leisure battery March 2017

Replaced 2 tyres (driven around 500miles)

Changed oil and filter & fuel filter yearly

Changed air filter every 2 years

Professional engine remap giving increased fuel economy and increased power. Averages around 30 mpg fully loaded and pulls like a train!

Internal electrics rewired and consumer unit fitted for safety.

There are a few things I must mention to be totally honest:

Some minor cosmetic knocks and scuffs to the interior wooden trim in places.

Some cushions are threading a little but we used a throw to cover them.

Some minor scuffs and scrapes to exterior bodywork - to be expected for a vehicle of this age.

Small patch of rust by sliding door - otherwise she is solid, bodywork and underneath.

Electric hook up socket needs fitting, there is currently a 16a socket on a short lead under the van so it can hookup on site. The replacement socket is included and just needs fitting.

2 tyres will need replacing soon, they are showing signs of being perished but the garage said they fine when it had its last MOT. I had planned to do this when MOT is done next.

Our only reason for selling is we do not have the time to use it anymore.
