1980 Volkswagen T25 camper van

Brilliant 2018 project. Comes with a huge amount of parts to convert it into a beast of a camper. Bought to do up myself but other priorities have taken over and would rather sell it on to someone who has the time to do the work to it.

I have some old MOT which shows where some work is needed to pass. It's mainly due to the welding work needed.

Easy job for someone with a bit of knowledge.

I have completely stripped out the interior ready for work to be started on it.

As you can see from the pictures, it is in need of some fab and welding work as you can expect, in the common areas. The majority of it is in solid condition.

It has the original 1.6 petrol air cooled engine with only 26000 miles on the clock.

Starts, runs and drives well, best sounding camper engine I've heard. It has the original 12" steel wheels on it at the min, but I do have a beautiful set of 20" Audi Q7 wheels that fit straight on it with the new solid aluminium wheels spacers, nuts and bolts. The wheels have been re furbed and primered, ready to be painted in your choice of colour with a very good set of tyres. It has a solid fiber glass top on it which has no cracks or dents it's just in need of a good paint job to bring it back to life, I did buy a tin of high gloss white paint for it which I will include. It has all the original windows in it with folding side window which is pretty rare on these types. I have keys and v5 is present. I have the original front grill, front bumper and rear bumper which are in great condition, I took them off with the thoughts of chroming them but never got around to doing it.

I bought a full set of BMW M3 seats which can be fitted and wired in so you could use all the electric features on them if u have a bit of electrical knowledge. I also fitted the rear M3 seats to the back of the original rock and roll bed and was going to get the bottom part re covered in red leather.

The private reg comes with it, which has an estimated value of £500-£600

All other parts I have for it are;

Crystal side indicators and rear lights.

Sports steering wheel.

Front and rear VW led badges.

Complete set of precision cut ply trim for the whole of the interior. I have started lining them with white leather.

Chrome wing mirrors.

LED interior 12" VW badge for the ceiling.

Interior LED lights.

Ac power inverter.

24v Transformer.

3 ball window winders.

White ball gear knob extension.

I've still got the original wash basin and hose if needed.

20" alloy wheels.

Wheel spacers.

The dash area would need a look at as the switches and radio are missing.

This camper will be amazing once it is finished and could fetch a very good price (£10,000+ possibly) or would make an awesome camper for holidays, fishing, shows
