Hi and thanks for looking. I have owned this caravan for nearly 3 years and enjoyed every minute, its time to move on to another caravan hence the reason for sale.
I bought it from a bloke who worked in a caravan dealership in Rotherham , as a result he modified it slightly, the cupboard under the front window has been moved giving much more space for the bed, its now huge, it has also been double insulated and its very warm, I have been away several times in the winter its great.
it has:
No Damp
Two keys
Built in microwave
TV with dvd
blown air heating, very hot and cold when needed
Heater in the bathroom
Chemical loo
shower, I have never used this, always showered on site.
oven and grill
Fridge and small freezer
Hot and Cold water
Cutlery and some plates etc included
Loads of storage above and below
Full Kamper Awning included, I believe it was less than a year old when I bought the van.
The Awning also has an extra bedroom which fits on the end of the Awning.
This Awning when new was over a thousand pound on it's own.
When the Awning and bedroom are set up, you can easily sleep a family of 4.
2 in the Caravan and 2 in the extra bedroom.
Please note the GROUND SHEET IS NOT INCLUDED.
All water containers fresh and waste included.
Pegs for the awning included with mallet, you may have to buy a few more pegs.

Gas bottle almost full
Spare wheel included, no jack or wheel brace, I just carry a trolley jack.
A couple of bad bits.
The hinges on the front storage outside the van are broken, I just use something to hold it open.
No battery, I just use the electric on the site.
The battery lead from the caravan that is used to charge the battery fell off last time I used the caravan and dragged along the road, a new one will be needed, it doesn't bother me as there is no battery.
this van is now 20 years old, some marks and srcatches.
There may be other stuff good and bad I may have forgotten.
Essentially this van has all you need to go on a cheap family holiday, we have had some great times and this van will be missed, I would advise to come and view i can show you everything working, you can then ask any questions.
In short a good clean caravan with all you need and more.
cash on collection, bank transfer, whichever payment method is used the caravan will not be released until the relevant funds are in my bank, no exceptions or excuses, I would highly recommend you come and have a look that way you know what you are buying.
