LOUNGE:

The lounge offers opposing sofas in a beautiful oatmeal and brown upholstery with a central chest of drawers between them incorporating a slide out table top for Dining and slats to convert the sofas to a double bed. There are also matching curtains in oatmeal

There is a large skylight in the ceiling giving plenty of natural light to this area apart from 3 front windows and side windows over the sofas.

Reading spot lights in each corner and speakers for the built-in JVC/MP3/CD Player.

A light wood veneer Parquet finish to floor with optional beige coloured carpets throughout.

There is also a stand alone table to extend the dining surface for the sofa area.



KITCHEN:

The kitchen contains numerous cupboards a large stainless steel sink and drainer. There is a Spinflo 4 ring gas hob, grill and oven with fold down glass tops. A Dometic fridge with full width freeze box is located under the sink and to the other side is a Trumatic water and room heater with a display unit and work surface above.

BATHROOM:

This is a nicely fitted room with Thetford swivel toilet and electric flush. A matching white wash basin and mixer tap with cupboard below. A separate double shower unit with glass circular door plus another skylight making this a very bright room.

SIDE DINETTE:

The dinette area offers two opposing chairs in a matching upholstery to the front sofas. There is a clip of table for extra dining and the dinette chairs convert into two bunk beds.

STORAGE:

Numerous wall mounted cupboards and lockers along with floor level cupboards provide ample storage and there is the large wardrobe and drawer units in the central cabin. There are also storage areas under the lounge sofas and under the dinette chairs.

Changes to towing rules

This rule applies to anyone who passed their driving test on or after 1 January 1997. From 15 November, you will be legally allowed to tow trailers up to 3,500kg MAM.

The DVLA will automatically update your driving record, which will then show you are allowed to tow trailers. Category BE will be added to your next new driving licence.

It is important you are aware of the specific weight, as anyone found towing anything heavier than the number of kilograms allowed, can be fined £1,000, be banned from driving, and get up to six penalty points added to their licence.
