Marine Boat Engine Needs Removing in Chelmsford

Need a quote to remove an old Rolls Royce Marine engine that is totally finished - salt water got into crank case .
Then replace it with a similar sized diesel engine .
It will require a Craine to lift out old and put in new I will pay for all that stuff direct .
Looking for an old timer preferably with marine experience ? If not any decent Spanner Monkey would be able to do job.
The boat is a Classic 60ft Wooden Boat with Aluminium superstructure / bridge . Will need to cut hole in this and salmon bellow to remove engine .
