1 year old cheeky chappy in Chelmsford

Regrettably I'm having to re-home this cheeky chappy. I got him with the plan to be a house cat but he is too much of a big character and has too much energy to kept inside. Sadly my land lady won't let me have a cat-flap installed and with the hours I work it wouldn't be fair on him to be a house cat or be outside for the hours I may not be home. He could be renamed as I don't often call him as there hasn't really been a need to.

He has been
*wormed and flead,
*his vaccinations
*currently has the cat/kitten care package which includes regular flea treatments.

*He would come with lots of bits:
*Hooded litter tray (with litter)
*A litter tray mat to catch loose litter as he comes out of the tray.
*48 hour automatic feeder
*double compartment water/food bowl
*Pet carrier
*x1 large scratch post
*x1 medium scratch post
*x1 small scratch post.
*x1 play tunnel
*x1 scratch and play toy
* handful of toys
Good and treats.
