Through absolutely no fault of his own, our beloved boy is up for sale due to major circumstance/life changes. This will be a very honest advert, so please read through and no timewasters as this is already a hard enough decision to make.

He is a 2 year old Newfoundland Cross with a lot of love for life. He adores playing ball, going for walks in the forest and beach, cuddles, and settling down with a chew on the bed. He knows sit, down, paw, spin, "sit pretty," "up up," and on the bed/get down. He had a rough start to life before he came to us, and therefore can sometimes still act a bit puppyish and decide he wants the yummy snack on the counter, but with enough time he understands not to. Hes eager to please and willing to do just about anything for a treat, which is perfect when it comes to training.

He needs to go to a home with no other dogs as he is nervous of other dogs. He has never been aggressive, but will bark when scared by them. This is something we have worked on before to the point he has been fine with dogs again, so it is possible in the future for him to meet other dogs outside, but recently he got attacked and is back to square one.

He also needs a home without children, for he's a giant breed dog with a lot of energy and isn't a family dog, more of a couple's or one person dog. In the home, strangers are never an issue.

I know this isnt ideal or perfect for a lot of people, but he's been our little piece of perfect the entire time we've had him. And we're looking for another home who can provide him with the same patience and TLC to see how much he really shines. Please genuine enquiries only, potential homes will be vetted.
