I've had the tank for almost 4 years and unfortunately since having a baby I no longer have the time to be able to look after this properly and I could do with some space back to cater for the ever growing baby things!
The tank is very heavy and would need at least 2 people to move it. You would also need a van or large estate to be able to move.
Buyer must empty tank/transfer fish/provide own net/buckets etc and move themselves as I wouldn't be able to help.
