Description:

The criteria for solar cases are:

1. The panels must have purchased on finance.
2. The client must have been told something at the point of sale with regards to the benefits that they would receive that they can point to that is untrue. Alternatively the paperwork gives some figures in relation to benefits he client would receive which we can prove is not the case.
3. The paperwork we would require is:
a. 12 months pre and post electricity bills (we can get these if necessary)
b. 12 months fit statements (we can get these if necessary)
c. MCS certificate
d. EPC certificate
e. Solar contract / any documents provided at the point of sale
f. Copy finance agreement
