ALL SUMMER HOUSE MATERIALS ARE FULLY PRESSURE TREATED (TANALISZED)



TANALISING PROCESS

This swedish red wood has been treated with an enviromently friendly chemical solution called TANALITHE-E
Tanalising (pressure treated) is done byTANALITHE-E being impregnated in to the wood in a vacum sealedchamber undercontrolled conditions
Once this process has been done,TANALITHE-E has been impregnated deep in to the wood and cannot be taken out,Which stops fungal and insect attack
Tanalised requires no further treatment and has25 years of protection



CONSTRUCTIONDETAILS ARE AS FOLLOWS



Heavy duty 13mm roofing
Heavy duty 22mm (1") flooring
40kg green/blue or red mineral felt
22mm Swedish T&G redwood log lap
3x2 (75mm x 50mm) framework including the roof & floor
38" high x 21" wide windows


Windows & doors

Windows are made from 4mm thick glass
Doors are 59" wide overall and 6ft high
There is a 12" over hang on the front of the roof making the overall size of the summer house 12x9

Optional Extras - Insulated & lined
We can also insulate and line your summer house with 6,9 or 13mm hardwood redwood ply and 100mm rock wool sound block insulation between the joists
We use a thermal board on the inside of the roof

6mm lining with 100mm insulation £450

Terms & conditions

please have a solid level base ready before the fitters arrive,concrete or a slabbed foundation would be best for this summer house.
A wooden base could also be used but please email or ring before building a wooden base as there are a few things you need to do for our summer house floor to fit on it.
This summer house will not go through a standard size door,we need clearance of at least 8ft high

We can not carry over extensions/neighbors gardens, garage roofs or do base preparation due to insurance purposes
please be aware that our fitters will only turn up erect the shed and leave,the fitters will not adjust or pack up bases as this is down to the customer to have it level before they arrive.

If our team of fitters arrive and cannot put the summer house up because of bad base preparation (Not level) and they can not get the summer house in to your garden because of access problems like going through a standard sized house door, then the summer house will become a delivery only and the customer would have to erect it their self
