Dementia Action Week 20th - 26th May 2019

Dementia Action Week is a vital activity of Alzheimer's Society's, which looks to
encourage everyone to play their part in creating dementia-friendly communities, where people with dementia are treated equally and their rights are upheld.

We would like to invite you to unite with Alzheimer's Society at our free special Singing for the Brain Concert
On: Thursday 23rd May 2019,
Time: 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm, including refreshments
At: Chelmsford Cathedral, 53 New Street, Chelmsford, CM1 1TY

Too many people affected by dementia report feeling isolated and feel they are facing the disease alone. In Dementia Action Week 2019 we are asking everyone in Essex to see that people are still the person they always were. Show your support to people affected by dementia in our county, and come along and sing with them.

Small actions can be all that is needed for people affected by dementia to feel included.
