We will teach you the basic theory of mindfulness and how to apply mindfulness in practice to enable you to reap the health benefits associated.
You will learn the principle mindfulness techniques from our highly respected trainer who teaches mindfulness to the NHS.
Mindfulness meditation helps to reduce stress, deal more effectively with anxiety and depression, and can even help alleviate chronic pain.
