Wednesday 14 August 7.30 The ancient practice of Japa meditation (bead meditation) and Kirtan (group chanting with music) calms the mind, rejuvenates the body and brings spiritual joy to the heart.
In the workshop you will be taught how to meditate with beads plus gain deep understanding of your real worth and true identity.
You will be given a free set of Japa beads as a gift.
There will also be mellow group chanting which will leave you happy within.
Everyone welcome, no fees are charged. Donations welcome but not expected.
