As an individual learning how to maintain positive mental wellbeing at work, and developing your personal resilience can significantly reduce the impact of work-related stress on both your wellbeing and your work performance.
As an organisation developing your employees' personal resilience could significantly reduce the impact of mental health on your workforce and improve business performance. Resilient employees cope better with adversity, and are more likely to continue performing well when faced with challenges, as well as being better able to maintain their mental wellbeing.
These two 2 hour online sessions (4 hours in total) is for any individual that wants or needs to build their personal resilience. It has shown to be of benefit for those working in high-pressured roles or in organisations going through significant business change or reorganisations. It provides an opportunity for individuals to reflect on their own mental wellbeing and resilience, develop a personal plan to improve their own resilience and ability to manage adverse pressure.
