Hi Everyone, I'm happy to say that, a free meditation lesson is going to start here for anyone who is wanting to feel a difference in their life. There are no restrictions while doing meditation, so it's very easy to learn and do.

PLACE : Immanuel URC Church, Swindon, SN3 1DH

DATE : Every Wednesday from 20/09/2017

TIME : 7 PM to 8PM (actual meditation duration20mins, start after intro to beginner)

FEE : No Fee, its Free (I am offering a free meditation class, as I believe the benefits are good)
Dress Code: Comfortable clothing, to sit on the floor. Bring a blanket or camp/yoga mat if you have one. If you can't sit on the floor, you can sit on a chair to do meditation.

BEGINNERS ARE WELCOME ANY WEDNESDAY FROM 20/09/2017
