Pipi mentoring services is a FREE support line for aged 20+ who are facing emotional struggles alone, our service provides you with a free mentor who will listen to you about how you are feeling and most importantly what is going on in your life. Pipi's mentoring service believes in free emotional support for everyone & equality for all and that no one should have to face emotional battles alone. Pipi mentoring service aims for our community to be able to live fulfilling lives by providing you with some to talk to.
We are a non-government funded support service and runs independently.
This service is run by the National Aid Service.

Pipi mentor service is supervised by a designated safeguarding officer at all times to ensure our services up to date with GDPR, confidentiality & privacy, and safeguarding policies. Pipi is not a counseling service; Pipi is a mentoring service.

WHAT CAN PIPI'S MENTORING SERVICE DO FOR YOU?
- Listen to you when you are facing struggles or difficulties.
- Support you when you are feeling alone or sad.
- Signpost you to registered charities in the UK
- Provide you with a safe place to express your feelings
- Care for your mental well-being.
-Give you FREE worksheets 2 help you deal with thoughts, feelings etc

Pipi's mentoring service supports clients on these topics:
-Depression
-Bereavement
-Cancer & Going through recovery or just diagnosed
-Relationships or breakups, or divorced
-Stress
-Anger
-Anxiety
-Trauma or traumatized by an accident
-Abortion
-Miscarriage
-Relative or loved one in Prison
-Debt struggles (Qualified Housing officers who are here to listen & help )

-Our facilities are in the B30 area, full address will be disclosed to booked clients only.
-Cost: 2 hours for £45 - very cheap!!!!

Your personal matters are always kept secure and confidential.
Pipi won't share what you say, or any personal or contact details, with anyone. The exceptions to this are listed below.
Keeping things private at your end:
Pipi knows you might want to keep the fact you've contacted us to yourself. If this is the case, you might like to know that:
If we email you, the word Pipi will show in the title. For email, you might prefer to create an address for writing to us, to ensure your replies stay private, or deleting your history on your device may help.
If you write to us, we will reply to the name and address you have provided to us only.
No names are needed to receive support, our policy states you do not need a confirmed identity to receive support. Confirmed identity defines as no proof of passport, no proof of citizenship or address, or GP. Pipi's mentoring service is not a counseling service, therefore Pipi's service does not need your GP details. A professional may only be needed to be contacted if you inform our services of a suicide plan. This source will be the police. This process is defined as breaking confidentiality. Pipi's services will disclose any suicide plans written by our clients, only relevant information (suicidal plan) will be shared with a professional to ensures your safety and well-being.

WHERE ARE MY EMAILS PLACED?
Pipi stores all emails under a private encrypted & secured account online, supported by the new GDPR Act 2018, May 25th all previous emails from yourself will be not shared with any other plaintiff, not listed or saved as contacts on any lists, no personal or sensitive information will be shared with any third party contact and no advertisement address will be sent to you.

QUESTIONS ABOUT PIPI'S MENTORING SERVICE...
Is there a fee to join our community?
No, fee and no payment of membership by email only

Can I send an email out of hours?
Yes, we will accept it, will respond to you in an opening hour time.

Is there a limit to how many emails I can send?
The maximum is one, per client per day, again within opening hours. There is no limit in words when you send us an email.
