We are a martial arts school based in Ayr, Maybole and Girvan. martial arts class suitable for beginners, we teach children and adults in a fun and safe environment. 4 years upwards. We teach a freestyle martial arts which includes self defence. We welcome new students to enjoy a free first lesson and all that is needed to get started is loose clothing and water. our classes are perfect for anyone looking to improve fitness, concentration, discipline and confidence. Please view our timetable in the images for all locations and times. our Lochside class runs on Mondays from 5:45 - 6:30.
