Effective Martial arts is a mix of Karate Taekwondo and kickboxing.Shihan Luke has been training since 2 years of age and has over 30 years experience.He is a black belt in Karate and Taekwondo has 13 years kickboxing experience, He is also a 5th degree black belt in Effective martial arts. learn all in one martial arts from high kicking and boxing and lots more. friendly class all levels welcome. Everyone is welcome to come and have a look. fully insured and DBS checked
no need to book just come along and learn a lifelong skill.
Kids 5 to 15 years old £6 per class bring someone and get £1 back for each person you bring.
