We are researching how people's guts have changed over generations.

We need volunteers from teams of family members. Each team must be made up of two or three generations of direct descendants and include:
a grandmother and/or
a mother and/or
a daughter.

The volunteers must be healthy; not suffer from type II diabetes or any gastrointestinal conditions; aged between 16 and 85; not have taken antibiotics in the past 3 months; not be on a course of prebiotic and probiotic supplements; and have not taken laxatives in the past month.

This study involves giving 1 stool sample and 1 urine sample and completing 2 brief questionnaires at the Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother Wing building (Imperial College London, St Mary's Campus), South Wharf Road, Paddington, London W2 1PE.

Each volunteer will be compensated with £20 for participating in the study.
