This is an immaculate grade A unit. There is a defect with the 4.4mm balanced output it's a fault on Fiio's part I discovered it when I tested it after unboxing. The 6.3mm single ended output however works just fine. The warranty expires next year 5/4/2025 so you'll have more than enough time to have it sent off for repairs. It will come in it's original box with all original accessories and papers etc.
