Easy to adjust the workout resistance by adding or reducing weight plates.
4 high density plastic spinlocks prevent the plates rattling and provide secure workout.
Additional 1" Standard Cast Iron plates can be purchased to increase the workout weight.
The plastic grip in the centre of each spinlock dumbbell bar ensures a secure and comfortable grip on each workout.
