Condition is not new, but good. Action is very low and sounds very nice.
The back of neck has been rubbed down to remove the gloss, so it is more of a satin.
The electro preamp does not work or work well (I have never seen it working). Previous owner said it buzzed and replaced the pickup with the fishman soundhole pickup. This is wired up to the strap button.
From the serial number it is 3 years old. Includes the original faith hard case.
