Main Duties
support and facilitate the design, development, and implementation of ideas created and generated
lead the development team, supporting, coaching and mentoring other team members
work as part of a close-knit development team, sharing ideas, skills and knowledge
new product development but will involve current product upgrades, technical datasheet updates, and much more
be an excellent communicator with a mix of technical skills such as software and firmware writing, instrument design, and PCB design
interpret ideas and drawings and then design, create and test ways of implementing them as required
We Need
a person with enthusiasm, positivity, tenacity, resilience, and who has a passion to successfully exceed expectations
an individual that is keen to learn and thrives in a demanding environment, able to apply their expert level of technical know-how and skills
ideally experience of quality management standards, regulatory documentation, FMEAs but can be taught as part of the role.
a flexible and adaptable approach to the design and development process is essential, being able to welcome and encourage changes along the way.
