Rates
Unqualified Mon - Fri £8.91 Saturday/Sunday £9.02
Qualified NVQ 2 Mon - Fri £9.20 Saturday/Sunday £9.50 PLUS
Bank Holidays will be paid at an extra 50p per hour
Mileage 35p per mile and travel time paid. DBS paid for Flexible shifts available
Full supported comprehensive training will be provided as will your development pathway.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team in supporting our clients in their own home, you will be supporting our clients to regain and retain as much independence as possible. Your role will be providing many varied tasks including personal care, administering medication, domestic and shopping duties.
If you have a caring nature, are friendly and sensitive to the needs of others and have good communication skills, be self-motivated and have a desire to improve a person's quality of life then we would like to meet you.
Experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
All our staff will be trained to the Care Certificate and then followed with the Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care. You will be supported through your role with a programme of continuous training and professional development.
