Concepto Clinic, Milton Keynes is a rapidly expanding private healthcare organization. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join the team as a Casual Receptionist Health care assistant for our Clinic in Milton Keynes.
As a Casual Receptionist Healthcare assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Duties include offering administrative support across the organization as well as undertaking PCR tests and swabbing customers. This role will require working shifts at short notice, so flexibility and reliability are essential .
Duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively and with understanding. All administrative tasks should be executed to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
Dealing with all enquiries by telephone and in person
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Dealing with customer complaints in a calm and confident manner.
Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
Professional attitude and appearance
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Maintains professional conduct at all times, remaining calm and in control.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent telephone manner.
Correctly label the samples for transport to the laboratory.
Taking nasopharyngeal swabs for COVID testing in a clinic environment (full training provided).
Salary - £10 per hour during training rising to circa £14 an hour once fully trained
Requirements
Healthcare experience.
Ability work on a casual short notice basis.
